Terms of Use and Scope of Practice

Everything here is written to teach and to support your thinking. It is a companion to counselling, mentorship, or your own healer. It is not emergency care, and it cannot replace care for a mental health crisis.

Counselling is offered to residents of British Columbia. Mentorship and programs are online and open to women worldwide.

Everything shared in a counselling relationship with me is confidential, unless I believe you are at risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, a child’s safety is at risk, or a court order requires disclosure. Email and contact forms are not confidential, so please do not send anything you would not want read.

Sessions are not recorded without agreement, and what is said in a session stays in a session.

Copy, photographs and podcast episodes on this site belong to me. They may not be reposted or reused for teaching without permission.

Individual sessions need 24 hours notice. The payment and cancellation terms for Rooted and Sanctuary are set out in the agreement you sign before starting.

Links that take you away from this site follow that site’s own rules. Nothing here promises a particular outcome from reading, listening, or joining a program.
